Exercise that I found actually fun, and it's for any level of fitness! Bounce has a range of trampolines for a casual bounce or if you have some sick tricks you want to try on "The Wall". There was also an X-Park at our venue for thrill seekers wanting a challenge.

There was a great play area for the little kids in the miniBOUNCE zone, as well as catering for adults on the huge amount of large trampolines. We spent most of our time on a large trampoline, then we braved a wall climb!
Both my support worker and I tried it - OMG! Never again, hahaha. It was exhilarating though (and I am scared of heights). I was so proud of myself and my support worker. I climbed the one on the left at the front and she climbed the front right one. Afterward, our endorphins and adrenaline were off the charts, and we couldn’t stop smiling!

It had a lovely place to sit and purchase a coffee or food for some relaxation. We had a meeting with my support co-ordinator there after our bounce, and I took advantage of a delicious iced coffee for during our meeting. It has a great vantage point too, so you can still see all of the action on the trampolines below.
Two hours of bouncing was plenty for us. We did a lot and left feeling great, knowing we’d also fit in some exercise! It was harder than I remembered, but we laughed a lot, played, and felt young at heart again. Best of all, it’s budget-friendly and they accept the Companion Card - an excellent outing for everyone!

It felt very comfortable and it wasn't really busy when we went. It had good space outside and inside of the venue. We felt the trampolines were well spaced too from others jumping.
