Looking for a beautiful breakfast or lunch outing? I got you! The Lookout Cafe has amazing views of a mango orchard and Mount Coonowrin right where you sit. The drive on the way was so pretty and peaceful. A lovely place to visit if you are needing some self care and a serotonin boost. There's nothing like country fresh air and beautiful scenery to help calm the mind.

Lush green landscape with diverse trees and a mountain peak in the distance. Cloudy sky and vibrant foliage create a serene, natural scene.

I got a very reasonably priced eggs benny (yum my favourite) and a latte. There are GF options available and they will do their best to accommodate dietary requirements, so just ask. They do breakfast and lunch.

Latte in gray cup with leaf pattern art, placed on a saucer beside a spoon, against a window view of greenery. Calm, cozy mood.

Whilst taking in the views, remember to keep your eye out for any kangaroos lazing under the mango trees. I have to say my highlight though was Reggie! Reggie stealing my toast, then us feeding him some bacon and watching him try to kill it.  He ended up with an avo smash covered beak which was hilarious. Yes that’s what the cafe named him, and they have a warning sign for him!

Kookaburra with food in beak perches on balcony, lush green park in background. Coffee cup and knife on table, peaceful morning scene.

After our delicious breakfast, we drove to the very close by lookout just up the road. Stunning.

Scenic view of lush green landscape with distant mountains under a cloudy sky. A railing in the foreground adds depth. Calm and serene mood.

Sit, breathe and take it all in.
